Your Dubai Stop for TEREA, IQOS ILUMA and Nicotine Alternatives

IQOS Zone is an independent online retailer serving adult customers in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and across the UAE. Instead of checking several shops for stock, you can browse heat-not-burn devices, TEREA sticks, cigarettes, pod systems, and e-liquids in one catalog, compare pack details, and order from your phone.

TEREA Sticks, Sorted by Where They Come From

TEREA is sold in different markets, and each origin has its own flavor line-up, packaging language, and price. We organize the range the way regular buyers already search for it. Start with the origin you know: TEREA Indonesia, TEREA Italy, TEREA Japan, TEREA Kazakhstan, TEREA Kyrgyzstan, TEREA Switzerland or TEREA Uzbekistan.

Prefer to shop by taste? The TEREA flavour collection groups sticks by name, including Amber, Bronze, Sienna, Silver, Turquoise, Yellow, Purple Wave and Sun Pearl. Because the same flavor name can appear in more than one origin, always confirm the origin on the product page before you add a carton to your cart.

Which IQOS ILUMA Suits Your Routine?

TEREA sticks work only with IQOS ILUMA devices. They do not fit IQOS 3 DUO or other older models that use HEETS, and a stick should never be lit with a lighter. Our IQOS ILUMA device range is split into three families:

• ILUMA i ONE: the simpler, lower-priced way into the ILUMA system.
• ILUMA i Standard: a middle option, available in a wide spread of colours and limited editions.
• ILUMA i Prime: the top-tier model for buyers who want the full kit.

Colors, editions and prices change often, so check the live product page for what is currently in stock.

Cigarettes, JUUL, RELX and More

Not everyone wants a heated-tobacco device, so the store also carries other categories. Our premium cigarette collection covers well-known names such as Marlboro, Davidoff, Dunhill, Winston and Parliament.

For pod systems, browse JUUL devices and pods or the RELX range, which includes the Infinity 2 and Artisan devices. If you prefer a ready-to-use format, the disposable vape section lists options by flavor. E-juice buyers will find salt nicotine liquids from several brands, each with its strength shown on the product page.

How Ordering and Delivery Work

Ordering takes a few minutes. Pick a product, choose the flavor or variant, add it to the cart, enter your delivery details, and confirm. You can pay by cash on delivery or with a major debit, credit, or international card.

Delivery depends on where you are:

• Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 PM.
• Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: same-day delivery if you order before 1 PM, otherwise next day. There is no Sunday delivery to Al Ain, Fujairah, or Umm Al Quwain.
• Delivery fee: free on orders over AED 400, and AED 30 on smaller orders.

Giving your building or villa details and an active phone number helps the courier reach you without delays.

Sealed Packs and What to Check at the Door

Every carton ships factory-sealed with its batch code intact, and our product photos show the actual packaging we send. When your order arrives, check that the pack is sealed, that the flavour, origin and quantity match your order, and that the health warning is printed on the pack. If something looks wrong, tell the courier before you accept the parcel.

Sealed cartons can be returned within one or two days of delivery. Opened packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The full terms are in our Return Refund Policy, and our team is available on WhatsApp through the contact page if you need help choosing a product or tracking an order.

For Adult Customers Only

TEREA, cigarettes, vapes, and other nicotine products are intended only for eligible adults. Nicotine is addictive and no tobacco or nicotine product is risk-free. They should not be used by non-smokers, pregnant women, or anyone below the legal purchasing age. Follow current UAE law and the warnings printed on each pack.

IQOS Zone is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IQOS, Philip Morris International, TEREA, RELX, JUUL or any other brand mentioned here.
